Kara Fosseneuve

It is with profound sorrow and broken hearts that we announce that Kara Ann Fosseneuve has unexpectedly traveled to be with her Ancestors in the Spirit World and to spend eternity with Creator.

Kara was born in Flin Flon on November 29, 1995. She spent the majority of her growing up years in Cranberry Portage surrounded by many cousins, extended family, enjoying adventures in the wilderness, and small town living.

Kara was a free-spirit and did things in her way and in her own time. She has a butterfly tattoo, and she embodied what it represents: freedom, transformation, and renewal. Kara was impacted deeply by the loss of her Mom and she went through a period of struggle in her life as a result. Like the butterfly, Kara began her transformation and she had recently made some life decisions that saw her gain steady employment and self-sufficiency. She was so excited to have obtained her Learner’s License, and proudly sent a photo of it to her dad. Kara had hopes and dreams for her future and was well on her way to making it happen.

Some of Kara’s favourite things in life were spending time with her children, nieces, nephews, siblings, and her Dad. Kara enjoyed exploring and being a gatherer (berry picking), and was an amazing maker of tasty soups, pies, cakes, shephard’s pie, turkey and all the trimmings and anything else she that appealed to her culinary skills. Kara’s favourite movies were Ever After and Dirty Dancing, and she liked listening to pop and hip hop music (her siblings never agreed with her taste in music lol). Kara loved fashion and made sure to permanently borrow anything she liked from Robin’s wardrobe. Kara liked to do her chores and be very tidy with her belongings. Kara took care of herself and took pride in her appearance and how she presented herself to the world. Kara will always be beautiful and remain in our hearts forever.
